**Accrion Shipping Policy**

Thank you for shopping at Accrion. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
All Accrion products are made-to-order. This means when you place an order, we custom-print and produce it specifically for you. 

* **Fulfillment Time**: It takes **2–5 business days** to create and package your items. 
* Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once fulfillment is complete, the estimated shipping times are:

* **Standard Domestic Shipping**: **3–6 business days** (Total time from order to doorstep: 5–11 business days).
* **International Shipping**: **5–20 business days** depending on your location.

*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, holidays, or customs processing.*

### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has officially left the fulfillment center. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Accrion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### 5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact our support team immediately at [Your Support Email]. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement for you.
